OK, Pedro here is an inside joke started when a friend of mine had a technician named Pedro to his home to investigate his slow internet, but ultimately Pedro could do nothing. We suspected Pedro of secretly stealing all the packets for himself, and thus, Pedro the Packet Pirate was born. Or something like that. I had a lot of fun making him regardless of his origin.
